Help me to reduce the side effect of gluten allergyI was shocked that my IgG report showed I am allergic to gluten, but i love bread, pasta, noodle, dumpling so much. Now, I am trying to reduce the intake of gluten source foods, but still it's hard to avoid sometimes, so I take this supplement to ease my allergy symptom. It's working ok with me.
